Delivery FAQ

All delivery fees are NON-REFUNABLE.

We can deliver most all of our products now! This includes; bulk products, pipe, pipe fittings, plants, Coast of Maine products, pallets of pavers, boulders, sod, and natural stone pallets.

Yes, we have a 1 yard minimum of bulk material for delivery.

We suggest at least 48-72 hour notice. 

* If you are renting equipment to complete a job, etc. we advise calling in and securing your delivery slot at least 1 week in advance.

*During April-June we recommend calling at least one week in advance to schedule your delivery. 

Yes. During our busy season (Spring & Summer) we deliver Monday-Saturday. The rest of the year our delivery schedule is Monday-Friday.

Yes, we schedule all of our customers with a two hour delivery window. We will call if any changes arise.

No. We do ask that you leave cone(s), a tarp or some sort of marker in the area you would like the material dumped. This spot should match the delivery instructions you left with us when you ordered. 

As a general rule we will not drive on your lawn to dump material. Our trucks are heavy, especially when loaded with material. Thus driving across lawns can result in lawn damage, and potentially damage our trucks. 

If you're ordering your delivery in person you can pay for your delivery with card, check, or cash right in our store. If you are placing your order over the phone you can pay with a card over the phone or pay with cash or check upon delivery.

*Please note the check must be made out to the exact amount of your total and our drivers do not carry change if you're paying with cash. 

Please pick a spot that does not have low hanging wires, tree branches, and is on solid ground. Lawns are not considered solid ground due to the moisture they can retain. 

Please also note that while our truck drivers are skilled our trucks are wide, so please ensure there is enough room in the area for the truck to successfully dump.
