Festival Rules and Regulations

1. All festival participants, including vendors, attendees, performers, and staff, must treat each other with respect and courtesy.
2. Discriminatory, abusive, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
3. Smoking, vaping, or the consumption of alcohol is permitted only in designated areas. Please abide by local laws and festival guidelines.
4. Loud music, announcements, or amplified sound must be kept at reasonable levels to ensure that it does not disturb other vendors or attendees. York Woods Tree & Products reserves the right to adjust or limit sound levels if necessary.
5. All vendors, performers, and attendees must adhere to a family-friendly atmosphere. Inappropriate language, content, or actions will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.

•  All festivals will proceed rain or shine. York Woods Tree & Products is not responsible for weather-related cancellations or delays.
• In case of unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, government action, extreme weather), the festival may be postponed or canceled, and York Woods Tree & Products will notify vendors and participants as soon as possible.

York Woods Tree & Products reserves the right to reject, on or before the festival day, any item deemed unsuitable, inappropriate, objectionable, or not family-appropriate. The Booth Coordinator also reserves the right to immediately stop the sale of items and close a vendor’s booth if the vendor fails to comply with this clause. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all items offered for sale align with the event’s standards and are appropriate for a family-friendly environment. Non-compliance may result in removal from the event without refund. 

York Woods Tree shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or thefts of personal property during festivals or events. Participants and attendees are solely responsible for securing their belongings and assume all risks associated with their attendance. By attending, you acknowledge and agree that York Woods Tree, its employees, agents, and affiliates are not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of items before, during, or after the festival.

• Vendors must arrive and set up during the specified hours prior to the festival opening. Booths must be fully set up before the event begins and not dismantled until the designated closing time. 
• Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy booth and surrounding area. All trash should be disposed of in provided receptacles, and vendors must leave their area clean at the end of the festival. 

• Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the event's emergency exits, first aid stations, and protocols. In the event of an emergency, follow all instructions from event staff or local authorities.
• Prohibited Items: The possession or use of illegal substances, weapons, fireworks, or dangerous materials is strictly prohibited.
• Fire Safety: Open flames, propane, or hazardous materials are not allowed without prior approval. Vendors with cooking or heating equipment must follow all safety guidelines and local fire codes.

• Vendors may park close to the event space to unload items for their booth. All vendors must park in designated vendor parking areas once unloading is completed. You may not leave your vehicle in an unloading zone while you set up. Personal vehicles must not block roads or pedestrian paths. Vehicles are not allowed in the festival area during event hours unless approved for delivery or special needs.
• Loading and unloading should be done during specified hours to avoid disrupting the festival's flow.

•  By attending the festival, all vendors, performers, and attendees consent to the possibility of being photographed or recorded. These images may be used for promotional or media purposes.
• Any professional media equipment, including cameras or drones, must be approved by festival organizers.

• All vendors must comply with local health regulations, including food safety standards, sanitation, and the handling of items.
• Any vendor serving food must provide proof of necessary permits, including health department approval and food handling certifications.

• Alcoholic beverages may only be sold or consumed in designated areas, and vendors must comply with local laws regarding alcohol service.
• Non-alcoholic beverages should be sold in accordance with event guidelines to ensure a balanced offering for all attendees.

• Vendors, attendees, and performers must comply with these rules and any instructions from York Woods Tree & Products staff, security personnel, or local authorities.
• Failure to follow the rules may result in the removal from the event without refund or further participation in future festivals.
