Craft Fair

Join us for Willow’s Birthday Bash, a special celebration filled with fun, furry friends, and community spirit! This dog-friendly event features a craft fair showcasing local artisans, a dog adoption event with rescues bringing adoptable pups, and a charity fundraiser to support animals in need. What’s a birthday party without treats? At Willow’s Birthday Bash, we’re dishing out FREE pup cups for all our four-legged guests!

Whether your pup is a party animal or just here for the snacks, be sure to swing by the pup cup station—because every good dog deserves a little something special.

It’s our way of saying thank you for celebrating Willow with us and for supporting rescue dogs, local vendors, and the pet-loving community we’re so proud to be part of.

Can I adopt on the day of the event?

Yes, You Can Adopt on the Day of the Event!

If you’re ready to welcome a new furry friend into your home, you can adopt on the day of the event! Please reach out directly to the rescue organization you’re interested in adopting from. Most rescues require you to complete an adoption application before taking your new companion home.

We recommend contacting the rescue in advance to learn about their specific adoption process and requirements.

"Our mission is to find the best match of forever family so that the humans and their canine buddies will have a long happy life together. First, dogs come into one of our foster families where they learn house manners, become comfortable with new experiences, and get their needs met while being assessed to help us in making that special forever match. We are based in southern Maine, but we do not have a physical shelter."

Kittery Animal Hospital

"We have been the animal shelter for Kittery, Eliot, and York, Maine since 1983. Over the years we have placed thousands of animals into forever homes. The northeast has done a great job of population control and keeping animals in their homes. The local area does not have enough animals to fulfil the needs of pets. For years puppy mills provided pets to fill this gap. However, in the south millions of dogs and cats are being euthanized in shelters and abandoned on the streets. For the past 8 years we have gained access to more space and expanded to transporting animals from the south, the islands, and New York City."

Terra Firma - Food Truck

Known for serving a variety of fresh, flavorful dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients, Terra Firma highlights the best Maine has to offer. Their menu features wholesome meals made from farm-fresh produce, meats, and more, all sourced from Maine's local farms. Whether you're craving a savory snack or a hearty meal, Terra Firma promises a delicious and sustainable dining option for all. Come hungry and support local farms while enjoying Willow’s celebration!

Rolling Spirits NH - Drink Truck

We’re excited to welcome Rolling Spirits NH, a luxury mobile beverage bar, to Willow’s Birthday Bash! While they’re known for their signature cocktail service, they’ll be serving up craft mocktails, flavored lemonades, coffee, and tea at our event—perfect for a summer celebration with your pup in tow!

Rolling Spirits NH isn’t just about amazing drinks—they’re also huge dog lovers. Their two golden doodles proudly hold the titles of Head Barktender and Lead of Pawduct Development, so joining an event like this is right up their alley.

Even better? With no vendor fee required to participate, Rolling Spirits NH will be donating a portion of their sales back to the rescues at the event as a thank-you and to support our furry friends in need.

Stop by their stunning mobile bar to sip, support, and raise a glass (or paw) to a great cause!

Behind the Bar

Event Parking Information

At York Woods Tree, we offer on-site parking for all of our events, including Willow’s Birthday Bash. Upon arrival, please drive slowly and carefully through the yard, as we expect both pedestrian and pet traffic during the event.

Parking attendants will be available to help direct you to the appropriate parking area, which is located behind the main festival grounds. The entrance to the festival will be clearly marked and is located directly across from the parking lot for your convenience.

Handicap-accessible parking spots will be available near the entrance for those who need them.
